Life at 139a is a lifestyle and home and garden blog.  It's about my life and experiences and invariably the majority of posts are my own and written by me. Please note I retain editorial control over any post published on this site.  

I am happy to receive requests for product reviews, sponsored or guest posts as long as it relevant to me, my life, my website and my readers.

Reviews & Sponsored posts: If I agree to work with you I'll always disclose this in the post following up-to-date guidance from the ASA and CMA.  The opinions in any review or sponsored post will be my own and always be honest and fair.

Please don't ask me to work for free because I'm likely to say no. Sometimes though, if it's a cause close to my heart or I love what you do then you might be lucky and I might say yes.  But it'd have to meet this criteria.

Guest posts: if you'd like to guest post on my blog then please get in touch if you think you're a good fit with my content, I'll happily consider your request.
